Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing, and changes may no longer be possible. If you cancel your order within this timeframe, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in the value of our products and encourage a minimum 14-day trial to let you experience their benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return the items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all products to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if they have a defect or are physically broken upon arrival. Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for a return if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact.nexitos@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will assess if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost. Unfortunately, we cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver orders promptly, NEXITOS is not liable for delays outside our control, such as courier, customs, or other external factors. For delivery issues, we encourage you to contact the courier directly. NEXITOS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in the package being unrecoverable, and a refund or resend may not be possible.
